Customer Service Representative

Edinson Electrical is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help manage customer communication and keep our daily schedule organized. This position plays an important role in creating a great customer experience from the first phone call through the completion of service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule service calls and keep the calendar filled and organized
  • Dispatch electricians and communicate job details to the field team
  • Confirm appointments and send customer reminders
  • Follow up with customers after completed service calls
  • Communicate schedule changes, arrival information, and other updates to customers
  • Collect accurate customer, property, and service information when booking calls
  • Maintain organized customer records and update job information
  • Help coordinate the daily schedule to reduce gaps and keep electricians productive
  • Respond to customer reviews in a professional and helpful manner
  • Assist with posting company updates and content on social media
  • Provide general administrative support to the office and field team
  • Learn Edinson Electrical’s services so you can confidently assist customers and route calls correctly

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day. The right person should be able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized when the schedule changes, communicate clearly over the phone and in writing, and work well with both customers and electricians.

Experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or a home service company is helpful, but paid training will be provided. More important is finding someone who communicates well, learns quickly, stays organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
